Couponing has entered my life but not to the extreme as the show itself. Couponing has its place in the writing world. It can take time to create a fan base as an author therefore I need a way to help save my family money while still writing and publishing my works.

The time has come to take the outline for my loom knitting book and start writing it. Not sure how long this will take; I am not going to rush it. The best writing I do is when the writing happens on its own—if that makes any sense. I just hope others like it as well.Read Full Post »

Everything happens for a reason. It's figuring out that reason that might take some time. Life is like a big puzzle; you never to fit the pieces together to see the whole picture. One event leads to another and another. One piece starts to fit then another. You may not understand it as it is happening; you may become hurt, angry, or happy, in that moment, but once you can step back and really look, you'll see you are where you are suppose to be.

Lately, my writing world and knitting world are jumbled. I haven't written as much as I wanted, a poem here and there, jotting down ideas for future longer projects but to sit and write for longer than five minutes hasn't been happening. Instead, I've been knitting up a storm. This is both good and bad. Good, because it's a relaxing hobby but but because I'm not writing as much. Therefore, the goal I have is to find the balance between the two as best I can.
